Our Furnace at the house kept shutting off for this past week and we had to reset almost 3-4 times a day. I texted Bell heating service in the middle of the night about our heating/furnace problem. Austin and the team, plus the cutest dog ever, came immediately the next morning. I felt so lucky to found them as I’ve been calling around and other companies earliest availability would be next week. We discussed all the issues, they are so knowledgeable, and found out that it’s better to replace with the new furnace as the old one is too old and dangerous from releasing Carbon Monoxide. So, we scheduled with them to replace the new furnace and they are able to come within next day as well. Austin is not only talk about what he replace but he also mentioned some other concerns that he found which we are never aware of.
